When you submit a trade enquiry we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email, phone (optional), estimated volume and any message. We don't use tracking cookies or sell your data.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare trade pricing, and supply product and SDS information you've requested. We don't share it with third parties except the email service used to deliver your enquiry to us, and the AI provider described below.

Website assistant

The "Ask HydraLab" chat on this site sends what you type to an AI provider (Anthropic) to write the reply. We don't use chat messages for marketing and the chat doesn't ask for your name or contact details, so please don't enter personal information in it. Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospect. To access, correct or delete your information, email info@hydralab.au.
