Orders

Orders are placed and paid at shop.hydralab.au, and the shop's refund, shipping and sale terms apply to every order. Information on this website is a general guide; prices and availability are confirmed at checkout.

Professional / trade use

Our products are concentrated cleaning chemicals intended for trade and professional use. Always follow the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS), use appropriate PPE, and dilute as directed. SDS available on request.

Product claims

Product descriptions use cleaning-performance language (removes, cleans, lifts, breaks down). They are not therapeutic or disinfectant claims.

Liability

Information is provided in good faith but without warranty as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for outcomes from misuse or use contrary to label/SDS directions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and orders are covered by the shop terms at shop.hydralab.au.
