Soft-wash concentrate
HydraWash
HydraWash is the concentrate underneath almost every job you run: a surfactant base built to cling to vertical render and roofing rather than sheeting straight off, giving your wash the dwell time it needs to actually work. It's compatible with sodium hypochlorite in the tank, so it's the base for your standard bleach mix, and it goes in last with HydraChlor. It also works as the cling surfactant in a HydraPure mix, added last once the powder has dissolved. Keep it away from HydraBio, which goes out on its own.

The everyday soft-wash base for house washes, roof washes and render — used on almost every job, with or without an oxidiser or bleach added to the tank.
A surfactant base lowers the wash's surface tension so it clings to vertical render and roofing instead of running straight off — giving the clean the dwell time it needs before rinsing.

Always add product to water, never water to product. Test on an inconspicuous area first. Full directions and the SDS come with your first order.
