HydraPure is a sodium-percarbonate oxidiser, the no-chlorine alternative to sodium hypochlorite for soft-washing. Dissolve it in water (tap water is fine, warm dissolves faster), add a compatible surfactant for cling, and you get oxidising power without the chlorine smell. Mix it fresh on the day, once in solution it works for four to six hours.

Sodium percarbonate dissolves in water to release hydrogen peroxide — an oxidiser that lifts and breaks down organic staining and soiling without leaving a chlorine by-product.
